I don’t have the option to use gold to continue, it just says retry. I’ve tried closing the gam and turning off my iPad already.
Level skipping issue??
I’ve discovered that whenever I pass 1 or 2 levels in an episode, it skips levels and moves to the next episode. I can replay them, but I usually don’t like to. Is there a way to fix this? It causes me to miss the Yeti’s draw tickets 😔. The red arrow is pointing to the levels I completed and the ones with the single star are the ones that were skipped. This happened for 3 episodes.
Game constantly resets to Level 1
Hi everyone, I'm running into a really frustrating progression bug and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this or knows a permanent fix. I am currently on Level 10,009, but every single time I close the app and reopen it, the game resets me completely back to Level 1. The only workaround, I have to completely uninstall the game, reinstall it, and log back into my account. This restores my progress, but only for that single session. The exact minute I exit the app and come back in, I'm right back at Level 1 and have to repeat the whole reinstall process. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
